ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS LABORATORY

The Electronics lab I, II & III is well equipped with modern equipments to elevate the knowledge of the students about basic electronic devices. In this lab the students performing their experiments in detail like characteristic of diode, BJT, MOSFET, TRIAC, SCR and operation of oscillators, amplifiers, integrated circuits and Digital circuits etc..

Major Equipments:

Universal motor with driver circuit, AC choppers , Inverters , Cyclo converters with Load , Speed control of AC/DC motors, SCR based motor soft stating circuits (starters) & static circuit breakers, SCR trigger circuits , DSO & CRO.
