The Mechanical Engineering department has a number of fully equipped labs supervised by experienced teachers. There are trained technicians to help the students in performing the experiments. Through the experiments performed at the labs, the students get practical knowledge supplementing the learning gathered in the classrooms. The knowledge acquired in the lab eventually equips the students to provide quality service once employed in the industry. At Sri Manakula Vinayaga Educational Trusts Group of Institutions, the Mechanical Engineering Department of Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology has cutting-edge laboratories equipped with highly advanced machines.
