Centac Introduction

The centralized admission committee has prepared a merit list for the candidates based on their qualifying scores. There are no exams in centac, the candidates will select as per the mark secured in H.S.C. After the release of the merit list, the counseling will be announced. As per the rank obtained on the merit list, candidates will be invited to the counseling process. The candidates of Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu can be shortlisted for counseling as per their class 12th score.

Centac Counselling Eligibility criteria

The candidates must have passed H.S.C and those candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in all subjects. Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu candidates are only shortlisted as per the merit list.

Age Criteria

  • The lower age limit for centac counseling is 17 years.
  • The upper age limit for centac counseling is 21 years.

Centac Counselling Process

The counseling process is held for those candidates who qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. Here the candidates are having the choice to lock their seats. Depending on the seats there are various rounds of counseling. After the counseling, if the seats will leave, the seats will be converted into the management quota and candidates will get direct admission.
