Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of Fee Payment
- Once a fee payment has been successfully completed through the MVIT online APP payment portal or student payment system, the transaction cannot be cancelled by the student.
- Students and parents are advised to carefully verify all payment details before proceeding with any transaction.
Refund Policy
- Fee refunds, where applicable, shall be processed only in accordance with the policies, regulations, and guidelines prescribed by Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (MVIT) and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Refund requests must be submitted through the prescribed Institute process along with all required supporting documents.
- Approval of refund requests is subject to verification and review by the competent authorities of the Institute.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method or to a designated bank account, as determined by the Institute and applicable payment procedures.
